On the way out of town for the weekend we stopped off at White Rock Roasters and Coffeeshop in St. Paul. Dark roasted average organic stuff that you find everywhere. Tasted alright but reminded me of everything else you find in this town... average, too much shot volume, good beans but little attention to prep. Maybe I should re-title my blog "Bitching About Finding Good Espresso in the Twin Cities" What do you think?
